Rogue Valley Women in Business (RVWIB) is a curated community for women leading businesses and careers in Southern Oregon, with monthly mixers, masterminds, and a year-long membership. It's built on the belief that no woman should have to grow alone.

Members meet across the Rogue Valley. The Roundtable is held in both Medford and Grants Pass, mixers rotate through local venues, and the monthly mastermind is online so women from Medford, Ashland and Grants Pass can all join.

Twelve months. You can pay in full, monthly, or quarterly, and paying in full saves you two months.

Most members own businesses. Some work in corporate roles or are planning their own, and they're here on purpose, with insight and referrals to share.

Every session is recorded to the member resource library, so you can catch up later.

Both. The monthly mastermind is virtual, the Roundtable meets in person, Coffee & Coworking runs in person with a virtual seat, and Mixers are in person.

Mixers stay open to everyone. Members pay $25 instead of $40 and get two guest passes a year.

Memberships are non-refundable. Onboarding delivers a professional headshot, RVWIB welcome gift, and marketing report that are yours to keep. You can always meet us at a mixer or in the Facebook group before you join.
If you already have a recent professional headshot that meets our standards, we'll refund $250 of your onboarding fee.
